Hate playing against Philidor so choose a rarely used line hoping to transpose.
3. c3
Waffles makes strange choice to move pawn twice in an opening
d5
4. exd5 Qxd5
Now we are into some strange Scandinavian like variant where I can't harass Queen.
5. d4 Nc6
6. dxe5 if you are going to give me pawn it would be rude to decline
6 ..... Qxd1
7. Kxd1 b6
one of waffles other games opponent is crushing him after fianchetto of bishop
8. Bg5 mainly want to bring out Knight without blocking bishop, Bf4 probably better
8 .... f6
9. exf6 trading off overextended pawn to get 2 isolated pawns on waffles kingside
9... gxf6
10. Bf4 diagram
Ne5 - terrible move, just surrenders material
11. Nxe5 fxe5
12. Bxe5 Bg4+
13. Ke1 - terrible move Kc2 so if Bf5 Bd3
Rd8 - terrible move o-o-o clears K from e8 allowing for bishop pin
14. Bb5+ - f3 then take the rook on h8
Kf7
15. Bc4+ - f3 followed by taking Rook on h8 or at least winning Bishop on g5
Kg6
16. f3 Nf6
17. Kf2 Bc5+
18. Kg3 h5
19. Bxf6 Kxf6

32. c4 Rb1
33. Nd5 Rf1
34. Nxb6 Rf3+
35. Kg2 Kf4

36. Nd5+ Ke4
37. Ne7 g3
38. c5 Rf2+
39. Kxg3 Ke3 1-0

I am still major pissed that I allowed myself to become distracted and threw the game. I have no idea if I had a way to win this but I had you backed up and maybe could have made something happen but then I just threw the whole thing away. @&*@#*@#*&@!
I think most likely scenario was a draw before you threw pawn away
Very interesting lines to say the least.
